you-er than you

Friday night, Ben and I had a wild evening to ourselves.  Wild means hanging with our campus ministry, splitting a burrito bowl at chipotle and watching an episode of ugly betty on netflix before picking up baby girl.  I know.  I know.  

Also, I must thank you for your encouragement the other day.  You know, to blog again.  It made me re-vamp my budget and have a big talk with ben (well, he initiated) about how much money to put away a month for baby girl's college education and wedding.  She's so little, it makes me feel sad that we are thinking about these things already.  But I want to plan ahead and have great things for her and not be financially locked up when college and marriage roll around.  

In other good news we are not moving, for right now.  Our landlord had put our house on the market and then, took it off.  and we are delighted.  I mean, who likes moving?  no one, especially after we painted and sweated our nursery into perfection....so for now, I will not be collecting boxes at wal-mart.  But I will keep you posted.  

Here's to hoping you had a most delightful day off for MLK day.  and here's a sweet picture of my precious baby.  she's starting to grow some serious body control.  And rolled over all the way today.  next thing you know, she'll be driving.  Happy Tuesday!
